Description
I’m a Project Manager with several years of experience working on a variety of projects in market research, marketing, and IT/Cloud. In early summer 2022, I decided it was time to take a break from screen-based work and focus more on hands-on projects. Since then, I’ve been traveling through Workaway and WWOOFing, helping out on organic farms in Canada, Finland, and Kenya.
I’ve done everything from creating videos and taking photos for my hosts’ social media, writing grants, and reaching out to sponsors, to gardening, feeding animals like chickens, ducks, goats, and horses, taking care of dogs and cats, helping around the house—including cooking, cleaning, and organizing storage rooms—and even spending time with the kids. Honestly, I’ve enjoyed every bit of it!
Now, I’m looking forward to getting even more involved in sustainable projects and learning more about the people and stories behind them.

With my background in Project Management I'm looking at everything from the perspective of time and scope, so number one definitely organizational skills followed by people skills as I had to make sure all parties involved in a project were on board, I'm very good when it comes to manual/hands-on tasks from crafting and cooking to decorating, staging and making sure everything works properly and looks good

In my free time I love biking, hiking and exploring the neighborhood, but I also like spending an evening with a book ;) Currently reading the Ringing Cedars of Russia about a Siberian recluse Anastasia, super interesting read.
