Hello :)

My name is Luca and I am 24 years old.

At the moment I am in Japan, from mid February I will round up my current workaway and I am looking for a new workaway after that. I have a working holiday visa which lasts for a year until 20/07/2024.

I love playing music and to write and draw. I also like to read a lot and get happy from being in presence of other people (in conversation and silence).
I want to experience many different things and add to my skillset.

I am curious, flexible and like to meet new people.
I love to learn and try new things, I tend to pick things up quickly! I like to work with my hands and I'm pretty easy going in general.

I am excited to live and work along side a host because I think it’s such a engaging way to travel and meet new people and in my case hopefully become a part of your community for a bit.

I finished university in restauration and decoration at art school in the Netherlands. During COVID I did a year study in music therapy and on the side mainly worked in cleaning service and after school care for childeren.

I hope we get along in the future!

- Arts/Crafts:
I have a diploma in restoration and decoration. I can paint murals. I did indoor house painting as my job for two years. And worked in a company that makes backdrops for movies. I Love visual arts/aesthetics and am good at working with my hands.

- Technology/Computers:
I am from a generation where i grew up with technology. I can maintain Instagram profiles and make promotional reels.

- Agriculture/Farming:
Very minimal still, but seeking knowledge/wisdom. In July, I spent a few days at a green pepper farm and really enjoyed the simplicity of the hard work and eating what you picked during the day. I REALLY want to learn about earth bag building, my physical strength is good and I think I would be of good help.

- Cooking/Cuisine:
I cook at home on a regular basis and like trying out new recipes. Also looking to learn new recipes and can help you in the kitchen.

- Music:
I went to school for music therapy (1 year). I play piano, guitar and ukulele (all in a hobby level)

- Social: Work experience in taking care of children (experience in after school care & a school for children with syndrome of down ). Experience in teaching English (High school tutoring without certification). I can help organize art activities.
