I'm an Italian boy and I'm ready to start my open-ended journey.
I don't have time deadlines so I can stop for more or less time according to your needs.
I would like to cross Asia and South America on a personal world tour. I would like to avoid the tourist routes and immerse myself as much as possible in the local culture by experiencing the daily life of the people I will be lucky enough to meet.
When I'm not traveling (but also when I travel) I'm a cook.
I had wonderful experiences in Australia, California, Nepal and Indonesia.
Having gained experience in hostels and mountain huts, I learned to adapt very quickly and to share my life with different people.
My principal hobbies are reading, cooking and traveling. I love animals and nature.

I have been a cook for years. I love cooking and I think it's a wonderful way to get to know different cultures by exchanging recipes and visions. Like any cook, I like to cook to keep others happy.
In Australia I had experience on farms, I really loved working in nature and I was able to learn many things about the sector.
Years ago I also worked in construction, I have a basic knowledge of that too.
Now for some years I have been a cook in high mountain huts. It's a way to do what I like while staying in full contact with nature and extreme landscapes. I learned a lot to work having to adapt to the difficulties present in such environments and to live with colleagues and customers. -
