Description
I am born and raised in a small city in Belgium, but I find my peace in nature. After recently graduating with a degree in Philosophy, I'm excited to step outside the classroom and learn through hands-on experiences. I love working with my hands, helping out wherever I can, and discovering new skills along the way.
What motivates me most is meeting people from different backgrounds, hearing their stories, and experiencing different ways of living. I especially enjoy slow living: taking the time to appreciate simple moments, meaningful conversations, and being present.
In my free time, you'll usually find me listening to music, going for long walks, baking, reading, spending time outdoors, or learning something new. I genuinely enjoy working with my hands, whether that's gardening, cooking, caring for animals, or helping around the house.
People often describe me as enthusiastic, helpful, full of energy and a little bit (a lot) chaotic. I love being around others and sharing laughs, although I can be a little shy when I first meet new people. Once I feel comfortable, I'm very open, curious, and always happy to connect.
I'm looking for authentic experiences, inspiring people, and opportunities to grow while making a positive contribution wherever I stay. -

More details about your skills
I enjoy being helpful and contributing wherever I can. While I don't have a lot of hands-on experience yet, I'm very eager to learn and I'm not afraid of getting my hands dirty.
Last summer, I did a WWOOF stay on a farm in France, where I got a small introduction to farm life. I had the opportunity to observe and help with different tasks, including learning the basics of bread making. I'm definitely not an expert, but it gave me a taste of this lifestyle and made me want to learn much more.
I've also worked as a children's activity leader, which taught me to be responsible, patient, adaptable, and to work well with others. I'm a quick learner, enjoy taking on new challenges, and always do my best to help wherever I'm needed.
I was born and raised in a city, so I know I still have a lot to learn about gardening, farming, and practical skills. But that's exactly why I'm doing Workaway: to gain experience, develop new skills, and learn from people who have knowledge to share. I'm open-minded, hardworking, and happy to help with all kinds of tasks, whether it's gardening, cooking, cleaning, DIY, childcare, or anything else that needs to be done. -
