  • Description

I grew up under the "final approach" pathway of a major airport, meaning ever since I was a little girl, I looked up to the sky in awe of these giant, white creatures flying above. Ever since I boarded one myself for a long haul flight across the Unites States and the Atlantic, my life changed forever. I was introduced to freedom, and the dormant passions I didn't know I had stirred awake with an earnest quench. I am an explorer... of people, places, cultures and histories. I am like water, I adapt wherever I pass without resistance. I believe there's no better way to absorb and learn from the world around us than by immersing fully with a place through its local people. I am grateful for the privilege of experiencing different cultures through its delectable foods and interesting idiosyncrasies of its languages. I love the silence and crisp, clean air you breathe in the mountains. I love revealing my nymph-ness in unoccupied waterfalls amid the loving shade of trees. I love genuinely connecting with others (humans, animals, nature) and collectively rising and sharing the love and light we all have inside. Lets share many meals, deep conversations, and memorable moments so that our souls may dance (and bodies, too).

  • More details about your skills

I'm a native English-speaker and I write it well. I can teach English or help with online profiles, etc. I'm physically active and am happy to help tend to gardens/farms with proper guidance and animals (I love animals!). I can help around the house with cooking (plus baking) and cleaning and am good with children.

In order to minimize toxicity, I make my own deodorant, lotion, lip balm, infused oils, etc. I have just begun making my own sourdough (Yay, bread!). I would love to learn/practice making and preserving different farm goods, fermentation/probiotic goods, and my own soap.

I am a certified yoga teacher (I practice hatha, pranayama, kriya, mantra, breathwork, etc.) and would be happy to share/exchange my practice with others or collaborate and earn some cash on the road to keep me going.

I am a warm/hospitable person, ideal for welcoming guests (plus people adore my smile!). I organize naturally. I am also a fast-learner, so I can help with many other things as long as you take a moment to teach me! I am especially inviting gurus in the sustainability/permaculture department and "food as medicine"/herbalism/plant medicine into my life.

  • What else ...

I think it's important to note that although I only have one reference on my Workaway profile (I have been to a few others through the site which I preferred not to review), I often experience organic meeting/referencing. I lead with an open heart and end up meeting certain individuals that point me to my next destination. It's a great, organic way to flow, but it means there are no written references! If this is important to you, please let me know and I'll gladly reach out to a previous host who would be more than happy to oblige.
