My name is Laura and I am from England. I recently graduated from University and am travelling before settling into full time work. What motivates me is living a full, meaningful life. I believe learning new things, meeting people from different walks of life and growing as a person through real, shared experiences can help me achieve this goal.

I love stepping outside my comfort zone, slowing down and living more intentionally. Interacting with people, experiencing different ways of living and exchanging ideas, skills, and cultures brings me a lot of joy. I’m happiest when I’m being useful, contributing to a shared project, connecting with nature and enjoying the simple, everyday moments of life.

I have previous volunteering experience helping with wildlife restoration and conservation projects, including basic gardening and land work. I’m comfortable working outdoors, getting my hands dirty, and carrying out physical tasks. I enjoy hiking and spending time in nature and I absolutely love animals (both domestic and non-domestic) and would be more than happy to help care for and work around.

I enjoy running and staying active, being creative, and I have an interest in languages and culture. I’m currently learning Korean (I studied in South Korea for a year). I’m also curious about food, local traditions and sustainable ways of living. I enjoy sharing ideas and learning from others.
