HI!
Im from Bolivia and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Love nature and animals, teaching and learning.
Ive lived in the USA for a year and now live in Paris. Ive traveled quite lots as well through south america and once you mind has expand for so much traveling it just makes me wanna keep going. The best of traveling is actually the kind souls you find on your way.
Im very open and friendly but I also enjoy my solo times in nature. Im really curious to learn about people and how they live. we are all so different and so the same no matter where we go or come from at the end of the day. So, hope this gives you an idea of who am I and hopefully we get to meet :)

Even though my mother language is spanish, Im much more comfortable teaching english because I learned it by many methods, as spanish i just learned naturally and wouldnt know where to start !. So, I've gave some english courses before and could totally help with that

I have some experience working in hostels in reception and Ive lived one year in the country side of USA, farm work is hard but rewarding and I really enjoy working with animals, they are just so pure and natural that is a pleasure to work with them. Also I can play the ukelele and got good skills on drawing and painting. I do some photography as well but its quite amateur.

I have so many hobbies, I love dancing and playing my ukelele. I like drawing and making bouquets of flowers. Im very interested in learning about plants, flowers and trees lately. Im just very curious about anything as Ive been traveling lots so Ive done diving and surfing but as I dont live near by one I cant say is a hobbie but its definently an insterst.

I really enjoyed my time at the farm, I was a bit intimidated by the idea of having to take care of 4 kids, but they are really independent and respectful. If anything they made my stay in the house better.
I was supposed to stay for 5 weeks as it was requested a long stay but after one week Sara asked me to leave and gave me one week more to… read more search another place to stay. So, I would advice you to have a plan B cuz I didn’t see that coming,
They have had 40 or more workaways but only 6 reviews, so that say something on how well they have get along with them I guess.
The reason I was asked to leave was cuz I didn’t ask to do the dogslidding, when I explained her that seeing Pasy busy and Sara not able to show me because of the balance problem, then I didn’t wanna bother pasy after coming from work unless he would proposed it. And also, this workaway is based on dogslidding, why would I signed in if I was not interested ? Even after all this said, Sara thought I didn’t remember the way she wants the tasks to be done or the quantity of food you give to each dog. Told her that if she didn’t trust my memory I could always write it down. But once she mades up her mind, there is no way to talk to her. In a way I can understand she wants things to be done one way only because of her balance and sight impairment. So, make sure you remember where to place the large cups and the small ones and have patiente to hear all the complains of other workaways lack of memory as this could be a reason to be kicked out. Despite her issues she is a nice women and I truly respect her and was glad to help her.
Pasy is a great dad and a tough sensitive guy. He is a practical man who can talk about deep subjects and will come up with new jokes everyday.
For the tasks in general, it’s not hard, as it’s rewarding to be with the dogs even if it’s cleaning their poop, and seeing that landscape. I believe they do expect you to want to do extra hours as there is no fixed times, and that was ok with me as long as I can have my solo time when I asked, but then again it could of been the reason why they felt I didn’t seem interested?
You eat a lot of pasta, egg, yogurt, cereal, cheese and sometime meat. One meal a day. So big eaters better get your food.
I would suggest you to do this work-away but get a plan B as well as they made it clear is not their problem if you don’t have where to go.
