Hey! I’m Josh, an adventurous spirit with a desire to explore the world.
I have worked in a few different places, from caring for capuchin monkeys at a rescue center and dogs at a hostel, to even raising a chicken in Panama. I’ve also volunteered as a hostel receptionist multiple times and contributed to humanitarian projects, teaching English, and always enjoying the chance to connect with people and make a positive impact.
Exploring beaches, hiking through jungles and mountains, and getting a bit muddy are some of my favorite ways to spend time. I love building bonfires, sitting with friends or people I’ve just met, and sharing stories over a few drinks or a hot soup by the fire.
I usually like to stay in one place for a month or more, so I can truly get to know the people, contribute to new projects, and learn and grow from every experience.
So, let’s start the adventure!Interests

More details about your skills
Passionate about meaningful projects and hands-on work, I bring energy, empathy, and creativity to everything I do. Whether it’s caring for animals, teaching, or helping out with people, I love contributing in ways that make a real difference.
I connect easily with animals from pets to farm or even wild species and I always approach them with patience and genuine care. I’ve also worked as a receptionist, which helped me develop strong communication and customer service skills. I enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds, listening their stories and sharing good times.
I’m comfortable teaching English, and I love seeing others gain confidence as they learn. I enjoy working with my hands, carpentry, gardening, and creative projects are things I naturally gravitate toward. I’m also into photography and video, and I like capturing and editing short clips to tell visual stories.
My background in emergency medical response means I can remain calm and provide assistance in case any emergency or challenging situation occurs. And as a trained barber, I can even offer a haircut if someone needs one so I can make sure you look good while we work.
Adaptable, and always eager to learn new skills, connect with people, and bring positive energy wherever I go, puting all my enthusiasm into the tasks I do, learning and sharing skills and experiences to grow as a person and contribute my grain of sand to the world.Age
