Description
Hi I am Joe and desire travel to France, beginning in December of 2021 and would hope to extended trips into Romania/Hungary and quite possibly Italy. I am an athletic Professional man with many years of varied experience to offer as a qualified Cook. "House Help", Laborer, English Teacher, Tour Guide and Make Ready Man. I prefer the outdoors and new experiences but I am very comfortable running or working in an office, communal house, managing people and/or resources. My travels will be centered around Southern France being helpful with Building Upgrades/Maintenance in a Chateau de Hotes with goals to travel to Romania/Budapest for some desired Dental Work - I need an implant for my #17 tooth. I have raised two beautiful daughters into their adulthood and when I am in AZ, I enjoy daily activities with my 5+ year old grandson, Leo and of course his mother and father for which I am thankful.

Versatility is my specialty. I own and maintain a 7 property portfolio in two different States, both Arizona and North Dakota. I provide all aspects of property management including rent collection, maintenance and tenant relations. I work well with my hands and follow directions with minimal supervision. I managed a mid-sized property with 90 buildings, 8 acres of turf and over 300 trees during a 16 year span. I currently am on break between 'gigs' with my last gig working as a Chef for Delaware North Corporation providing Food and Beverages Services at Progressive Field in NE Ohio for the Cleveland Indians/Guardians. Prior to that, I was a laborer working for tradesmen, a welder doing heavy metal design and installation, a Rooter and Irrigation business and also working with a kennel, caring, training and walking dogs. I spent 5 years in North Dakota conditioning myself for cold climate living while working in the oilfields with Clean Harbors Environmental Services, UPS and for an Tech Integrator. I have a bachelor of science degree in public management and an abundance of energy and enthusiasm with a professional demeanor focused on being part of a team with common goals of a satisfying life.
