I’m a qualified educator with 9 years of experience in social sectors, experience in hospitality and some farm work. I love being outside in nature, swimming, hiking or capturing my travels on my film camera. I am looking forward to new work experiences, aquiring new skills and exploring new places.

Hi there, I'm Giovanni. I'm a Sommelier with eight years of hospitality experience. A few years ago, I decided to deepen my wine knowledge by getting hands on experience with vine pruning, grape picking, and winery operations in different countries. Outside of wine, I love running, cycling, long hikes, and diving into new adventures! I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and always give my absolute best to everything I do.

My stay with Heather + Jimbo + family was great. I was immediately welcomed in a friendly and open way by everyone. It was a bit like being part of the family. Jara was a pleasure to host, she is bright, friendly, easy going, and willing to help. She assisted with general household tasks, and gardening work and took on all tasks with a smile. We really enjoyed meeting her and enjoyed having her stay with us. Would happily recommend to other hosts.
