Hi there!
I am a baker from the south of France, born and raised in the countryside. After spending some time in the city for studies and such I was thrilled to start my own business in a quiet town, closer to the calm of nature. Working with my hands for the last 3 years has been a delight and reinforced my wish for a slower lifestyle that I now look for in my trips.
I have a particular interest for Japan, its culture, people and landscapes. This time around I feel like I want to have a meaningful connection with the locals, not just as a passing tourist but an active member of the community. Taking the time to share experience would be a great way to get more familiar with the country.
