Hi, my name is Carly :) I am an 18 year old gap year student from Australia who is volunteering in France with a friend for the duration of June. I am planning to remain in France for July and then stay in Italy for the duration of August- I would be incredibly grateful for an opportunity to be hosted! I have fairly extensive experience in hospitality work, allowing me to develop a range of skills in teamwork and time-management. I am a friendly, hard worker who is willing to help out wherever needed, as well as an adventurous person who loves new experiences and learning opportunities. I'm very passionate about nature, food and exploration of new cultures- and would be thrilled to explore these interests further.

Had an amazing time with Simon and Sylvie in Toulouse. They're an incredibly kind and knowledgeable couple, I learnt so much from them during my 2 week stay. The perfect Workawayer! Yoiung, curious, positive and always ready to do the work ... even with a chainsaw! Carly not only painted our house in Toulouse, sawed down a tree and tidied up the garden but managed to fix the cracks in the walls of our mountain house thus insuring its stability for the next 100 years. Highly recommend! For my first ever workaway experience my friend and I came to Belle Ile for 4 weeks and had an amazing time. Naig is kind, patient and welcoming- helping us out whenever needed. The work was never unreasonable and there was always time to explore and to swim at the beautiful beaches
