I am most happy with the earth beneath my feet and a task in front of my face. I am passionate about forestry and climate change mitigation, having spent most of my life in the Pacific Northwest I have a great appreciation for the trees, birds and the mountains. I have a lot of experience volunteering and working as a trail worker as well as at wilderness survival camps, therefore I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I love meeting new people as well as can appreciate spending time alone outdoors. I also have many crafts that I enjoy doing such as leather work, carving, bead embroidery, and painting.

Hello! I have experience working with animals in both 4-h with chickens and occasionally sheep as well as horses as a ranch hand for 5 years and doing lessons in western and English. I also work professional in trail building, where I lead groups in remote areas of national and state parks to reconstruct trails through the use of tools and timber and rock structure building. I also have USFS certifications in chainsaw and historical two-person crosscut, and I am always open to opportunities to further train in that field. Finally, I used to volunteer at my local theater building and painting sets as well as renaissance fairs where I volunteered to build the structures and help in customer relations.

I really enjoy hiking and swimming, and I like to paint the various sceneries that I go to.
