Hi together,

I'm Leo and if you’re looking for someone who brings a warm energy, loves to laugh, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, we’ll get along great.

After many years in Vienna, I've been living in Berlin since November 2024. Here I work for an educational NGO, running workshops with teenagers on group dynamics and career orientation. Alongside that, I'm pursuing a Master's in Green Care (Social Farming), which connects nature, animals, and people through a pedagogical and therapeutic lens. That’s why I’m drawn to places where inspiring people live in community with nature, work outdoors, and share a space to learn and contribute.

I adapt quickly to new environments, love rolling up my sleeves for hands-on work, and bring a strong intuitive sense for group dynamics. While I love being in good company and creating things together, I also cherish quiet time to recharge.
In my free time you can find me watching the clouds, on the yoga mat, getting lost in books or music, or spending quality time with my friends.

If I could wish for a superpower, it would be the ability to let people see themselves through the eyes of others so they could realize how funny, beautiful, honest, strong (and so much more) they really are. Just to give them a little strength and confidence in tough moments, or casually on a random evening as a little mood booster.

I have worked in a wide variety of fields—ranging from leading youth workshops and supporting artists to gastronomy and advertising. Along the way, the main thing I’ve learned is that I adapt quickly to new environments, I’m genuinely curious, and I love picking up new skills.

Through my work with young people, I’ve realized how important active listening, creating and holding space, and having an eye for group dynamics really are. My time in hospitality taught me how to get hands-on, stay organized under pressure, and connect easily with all kinds of people. I also had a little garden patch for two seasons, where we planted and harvested veggies.

I have a good eye for detail, love being active, and work best when there’s a clear sense of purpose and good energy around. I’m open-minded, humor-loving, flexible, and always excited to discover how working, living, and learning together can look in new places.

Ich habe in ganz unterschiedlichen Bereichen gearbeitet – von jetzt den Jugendworkshops über Künstler:innenbetreuung zu Gastronomie und Werbung. Dabei habe ich vor allem gelernt, dass ich mich schnell in neue Situationen ein und zurecht finde, neugierig und motiviert bin neues zu lernen und auch (in den meisten Fällen) schnell lerne.
Durch meine Arbeit mit Jugendlichen weiß ich, wie wichtig Zuhören, Raum geben und ein Gespür für Gruppenprozesse sind. Aus der Gastro-Zeit weiß ich, wie man anpackt, organisiert bleibt und mit unterschiedlichsten Menschen gut klarkommt.
Ich habe ein gutes Auge fürs Detail, bin gerne in Bewegung und arbeite am liebsten mit Sinn und guter Laune.

Ich bin offen, humorvoll, flexibel und immer neugierig darauf, wie gemeinsames Arbeiten, Leben und Lernen an neuen Orten aussehen kann.
