Description
I love cooking, reading, writing, animals, being outside and making lots of friends. Creating is the biggest source of joy in the world. That often means cooking an elaborate meal or writing poems. I love to mend clothes as well, but I'm no professional. One of my favorite feelings is right after doing something difficult, like a big hike or finishing a book. Most of all, being around good people is inspiring. I am really lucky to have good friends. I also

More details about your skills
I have worked in restaurants since I was 16 and I'm 24 now. Not currently serving, but it got me through college. I studied English at the University of Utah and I have a TESOL certificate.
I have experience in every part of the kitchen, including barista experience. I've cooked, dishwashed, and mostly served. I have also worked some banquets for hundreds of people. I have a really big social battery and I'm used to working quickly.
I currently work at a bookstore where I help plan and set up for events, give lot of reading recommendations, ship books all over the world, and organize.
As for cooking, I'm a regular at the Salt Lake City farmer's market and I love trying new recipes with my roommates. I care a lot about locally sourced, in-season ingredients and humane treatment of animals. I was vegetarian for 10 years and worked at an all-vegan restaurant, so while I'm not either anymore, I am good at accomodating for preferences and allergies.Age

What else ...
I bike everywhere and I'm always interested in going on rides. I love learning card games, my favorite is called Nerts. It's like multi-player solitaire. I go to a lot of concerts and I love arts museums. Live music is my favorite thing to find in a new city, besides food. I love painting and drawing, but I'm better at drawing. If you want a little fun portrait let me know! I love to swim and hike and camp-anything outside as long as it's warm. I love to talk religion and philosophy, anything bookish really.
