I always feel a bit stuck when it comes to talking about myself — not because I don’t know who I am, but because I’m many versions of Flávia :)
(By the way, I’m a Gemini with Capricorn rising – so that might explain a lot! haha)

Ever since I was a child, I’ve been incredibly curious about the world. My favorite thing is to experience new things — visit new places, meet different people, explore cultures, and learn something unexpected.

At the same time, I genuinely enjoy routine. I love moving my body through exercise or sports, eating healthy food, building meaningful projects, and spending quality time with family and friends.

For most of my life, I tried to find a balance between exploring the world and building a stable career. But in recent years, I realized that this “balance” wasn’t really working for me — so I made the decision to finally follow my dream and travel the world :)
(Though I’ll admit sometimes it’s pretty scary!)

I'm a very communicative and charismatic person who loves connecting with others — always believing that mutual respect is the foundation of any meaningful relationship.

I have high energy, a positive attitude, and I’m usually the one bringing smiles, laughter, and good vibes wherever I go!

At the same time, I'm highly analytical, organized, and responsible.
(Fun fact: I've worked in HR with a strong focus on budgets, compensation, and benefits — half numbers, half people. Haha!)

I'm also extremely hands-on — I love rolling up my sleeves and getting things done. Whether it's solving problems, building something from scratch, or supporting a team, I’m always ready to jump in and help however I can. I'm the kind of person who’s up for anything and always willing to lend a hand. I genuinely enjoy manual work and being useful wherever I'm needed.

I love cooking and trying out new recipes — I was actually vegetarian for six years!

I'm crazy about animals and have always had dogs and cats around me!

I also love dancing and exploring new sports. I've played volleyball, handball, basketball, and futsal — I’m always up for moving and having fun!

I'm also deeply interested in topics like equality, politics, racism, community-building, and sustainability. I love learning, having meaningful conversations, and doing my part to build a more just and conscious world.
