Hello, we're Emily (33) and Jack (30) from London, currently on a year-long adventure around the globe.

We're both positive, friendly and hardworking people who love getting stuck in and aren't afraid of getting our hands dirty. We're looking for meaningful work exchanges where we can contribute positively to your project while immersing ourselves in local culture and getting to know you, your family and your way of life.

One of our biggest shared passions is exploring the outdoors. We love hiking in the mountains, camping and spending time in nature, and we're always excited to discover new places. Jack is particularly outdoorsy and is happiest on a mountain bike.

We both love food. Emily particularly loves cooking, trying new ingredients and learning traditional recipes from the places we visit, and would be delighted to help prepare meals or lend a hand in the kitchen.

We love being around and are happy to help with DIY projects and general day-to-day tasks. We're enthusiastic, reliable and always willing to turn our hands to whatever needs doing.

Cooking is one of my biggest passions, and I love preparing homemade meals, trying new recipes and learning local cuisines. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and exploring nature, and I'm organised, adaptable and always happy to help. I also love animals and am great with children.

**Jack**
I'm practical, hardworking and enjoy hands-on projects. As an engineer, I'm confident with DIY, maintenance and fixing things around the home. I love the outdoors, hiking, cycling and sports, and I enjoy learning languages and meeting new people. I'm always happy to help wherever I'm needed.
