Hey there,
I´m Elle, 34 years old (uff) and I´ve been traveling since I finished high school, which is almost 16 years ago. Since then I´m trying to find new and exciting ways to continue to see the world.
Between my travels I´ve managed to get a degree in Applied Tourism & Leisure Science in Germany.
I am mostly working seasonally in toursim - and for the upcoming summer season I decided to give volunteering a go!
I absolutely love experiencing new cultures, being close to the ocean and lending a hand wherever possible.
I´ve worked on a 7-Day-Livaboard Vessel in Australia, at a Surfcamp in Indonesia, on a Campsite in Italy and Spain, a mountain hotel in Switzerland, a pub in New Zealand, an eco hotel in Germany, a cruise ship in the Carribean and so on.
As you can probably tell, I am a pretty flexible and hands on person.
Growing up I enjoyed helping my dad in his wood workshop and my mom in her organic veggie garden. So whenever I'm back home in Germany those are my first choices of entertainment.

My skills are mainly based around the tourism industry. So if you have a hostel/lodge/hotel, I can help out at the reception, in the back office, take care of social media or simply make sure the guest are having a great time.
But I am also very keen to help with anything around the house - gardening, woodworking, painting, creating, building, etc.. I might not be the most skillful handy(wo)man, but I really do enjoy learning new skills and seeing what I´ve created at the end of the day :)
