I once read that happiness is peace in motion, and peace is happiness at rest. I do see it like that. I experience happiness arises alongside good people. What motivates me tends to change. When I was younger it tended to be around exploration, novelty, learning and attaining freedom of all sorts,. Now, as I mature, it seems to be moving more in the direction of service to others. Maybe that's why I am on this website!
