Hi, I’m a 28-year-old from Ireland with a relaxed, easy-going personality and a strong work ethic. I enjoy getting stuck in and doing my part, and I’m always happy to help wherever needed.

I’m currently travelling through Asia because I have a real interest in experiencing different cultures and landscapes. For me, Workaway is the perfect way to go beyond just seeing a place — connecting with people, and learning firsthand about the similarities and differences compared to life back home in Ireland. I’m naturally curious and love hearing people’s stories and perspectives.

One of my biggest passions is sport. Back home, I’ve been heavily involved in managing teams, both adults and kids, mainly in Irish sports. Through that, I’ve developed strong communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility, while also really enjoying bringing people together and creating a positive environment.

I love meeting new people, sharing experiences, and getting involved in different kinds of work. Whether it’s helping outdoors, working with people, or learning something completely new, I’m open-minded and ready to contribute.

Professionally I have worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for the past 5 years - producing cancer therapies.

However I have been working since I was 16, particularly in hospitality and construction, I have laboured for many block layers and plasterers at home in Ireland, aswell as having worked in restaurants throughout the past 10 years.

From hospitality I have developed good communication (and tolerance lol) skills, while construction has given me a strong work ethic. Besides actual work I have in the past volunteered as a coach for youth sports teams in my home town in Ireland, aswell as managing an adult team also.
