Hello! I'm Corey from Philadelphia, US. I'm currently traveling with my girlfriend who is from London, UK. In Philly, I did research on gastrointestinal motility disorders at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Most recently, I’ve done a year on a working holiday visa in New Zealand. While there, I worked in a variety of environments: farms, cafes, fancy restaurants, music festivals, and even played a few gigs!

I’d love to continue learning new skills and am particularly interested in animal care, sustainability, and nature preservation. However, I’m up for any kind of work. I live an active lifestyle and love art, music, journalism, surfing, hiking, biking, camping, reading, making music, and DJing.

- Good with DIY tasks as long as guidance is provided. Have helped family and others with projects such as building decks, renovating bathrooms, finishing basement, building and tending to gardens, mowing lawns and landscaping, etc. I ran my own landscaping business with some friends growing up.

- Great with animals of all kinds. I have a dog of my own and have watched and cared for others' pets such as dogs, cats, lizards, guinea pigs, etc.

- Great with general household chores. I generally like keeping my space pretty tidy and always clean up after myself. I can help with cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.

- I have 2 years of experience working at cafes, bars, and restaurants. Also, I've spent a lot of time working as an EMT and clinical researcher where I frequently worked with distressed patients and families. Most of my jobs have involved working to serve customers/patients/families.

- Great with technology. I grew up working on computers with my brother and can help troubleshoot if needed.

- Great with children. I worked at a children's hospital and interact with kids on a daily basis. I've also done kid sitting for family friends.

- Love music! I can play a bit of piano, guitar, and bass. I would love to learn the drums. I write and produce electronic music and helped form a DJ collective in Philadelphia!
