Thank you for considering me to volunteer with your project.

A little about me: My name is Chuck, I'm 31 years old, I'm originally from the East Coast (Philly) and have been traveling around the US nomadically for about 2 years. I have a truck and truck camper and work online. As I travel, I want to connect with different projects, meet inspired people, and experience the world authentically. I am interested in learning more about construction, permaculture, natural building, gardening, homesteading, and community building.

Because I work remotely full-time, we would need to work together to create a schedule that meets both my needs and your projects. I am hoping to find a few projects over the spring-fall season of 2026 as I travel around. I'm thinking of a 1 month volunteer at a project, 1 month travel around cadence.

I'm hoping one day to have a piece of land where I can host travelers and friends and want to learn/study what it takes to have these projects succeed. Some of my hobbies include hiking, journaling, guitar, working on DIY projects, and just spending time in nature.

I'm good with computers, I am pretty strong and able to do physical tasks, I'm have some experience helping in a garden. Basic construction skills but looking to get better! Would love to learn more about natural building, carpentry, and off grid electrical and water engineering.

I love to play basketball! I really like to play chess too, I play a little piano and guitar, I want to learn how to surf, I like nature and plants and I love having good conversations about the world with new friends :)
