I've lived in many countries (uk, australia, new zealand, italy, usa) over the years and when i first arrived in italy I didn't even speak the language. For my job you often work with people you don't share a language with but I enjoy adapting and observing and finding a common way to communicate. I've helped open two restaurants, both outside of my native country, so thrive on being flexible and being keen for a lot of situations and of course hard work. I like learning new things and using my hands.
