Lobby Service Staff – Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel (2.5 years)
Welcomed international guests and supported their stay through luggage handling, taxi arrangements, ticket assistance, and guest care. Frequently communicated in English and often assisted when other staff weren't comfortable doing so. This role taught me to anticipate guests' needs and stay calm under pressure.

Arabian Restaurant Staff (4 years)
Worked in reception, service, and food/drink preparation at an Arabian restaurant with many international customers. Explained the menu in English and supported guests' dining experience with attentive, warm service. This built my teamwork and cross-cultural hospitality skills.

Convenience Store Staff (1 year)
Handled customer service, stocking, cleaning, and product ordering. Learned to read each customer's needs — adjusting between friendly conversation and quick, efficient service. This role built my flexibility, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Private Tutor (6 months)
Taught math, English, world history, and Japanese to students from elementary to high school level. Learned to adapt my teaching style to each student, strengthening my patience and communication skills.

In my free time, I enjoy swimming, going for strolls, and generally being outdoors — exploring new places and trying creative/DIY projects now and then. I also love cooking Japanese food, making accessories, playing piano, listening music, dancing, and meditation!
