Description
My wife and I spend some periods in this nice and confortable cottage in the contry side, 5 km distance to the nearest village and 35 km to the beach. , We have two dogs, also some hens. We live from work in the fields. Summer is hot, autumn, winter and spring when the temperature is better. It doesn't rain much. There are walking paths.

They will benefit from living in a nice cottage and enjoying the countryside and villages within the Maestrazgo area. Sometimes the will live alone because we are not living there permanent. Great place with several routes for cycling and walking. My proposal would be adecuate for couple. If they are interested I could show them how to pick up olives, almonds and carobs or even how to build stone walls. We could exchange cultures and experiences. Perfect for people working remotely. Having a car is essential to have the suitable freedom to go to the villages, beach.....etc

The house is in the countryside of Maestrazgo area, closed to the motorway, 5 kilometers away from the nearest village. The distance to the beach is 35 km. away (Oropesa del Mar) and 40 kms to the main town, Castellon.
There is a bus stop at the front door to go to Castellon.
It is recomended to come with own vehicle. -

Se ha quedado al cuidado de la casa y me la he encontrado mejor que cuando se la deje, ha cuidado de mis perros y ahora ellos le echan de menos al igual que nosotros.
Solo puedo decir que me gustaría que se hubiese quedado por tiempo indefinido!!!
