  • Description

My name is Célia, and I’ll be turning 21 on 30 April 2026. I’m a girl full of joy! People describe me as someone with a very sunny disposition. In the future, I’d like to be a lawyer! I’m currently in my third year of law.
This vocation has become clear to me through my experiences, particularly thanks to my work as a volunteer litigation lawyer with UFC-Que Choisir. There, I conducted interviews with consumers and professionals, and discovered just how much this role lies at the intersection between the law and human realities. I am a serious person, and when I take on a project, I give it my all with every ounce of my energy. Furthermore, playing sport at club level (tennis, athletics) has taught me perseverance, a fighting spirit and a taste for regular effort.

More details about my language interests
Languages have always been a central part of my life and studies. As a law and language student, I am deeply interested in how communication shapes our understanding of different legal systems and cultures. Learning languages allows me to open my mind, adapt to new environments, and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. At the same time, studying law develops my analytical skills and critical thinking. For me, combining law and languages is a real strength, especially in an international context, where understanding both legal concepts and cultural differences is essential.

  • More details about your skills

I am dynamic and determined, and I strive to give my very best in everything I do and to commit myself fully to each experience. For example, my job at a chip shop, which I did alongside my studies, taught me time management and the importance of interpersonal skills, and helped me develop a taste for teamwork. During my work placement at the law firm SCP Jean-Pierre Vandamme, I gained practical experience in business law: I observed the precision, responsiveness and rigour required in this field, which reinforced my desire to specialise in commercial law. Through my work in after-school activities, I developed essential interpersonal skills: creativity, adaptability and the ability to unite people around a common goal. These varied experiences have fuelled my constant desire to learn, take action and make a positive contribution to my environment.
