Hey!
Im 27 years of age currently solo travelling for the first time. I have quit my jobs in Australia (Plumber and Bartender) and have just completed 3 months in South America with the idea to potentially start a new life in another country. During these travels I had a realisation I have to experience my family’s culture that I already love prior to making my decision.

My family migrated from Italy 2 generations ago and I haven’t developed my Italian which has always bothered me not being able to communicate properly with my grandparents.

I intend to visit my distant relatives in Bari and Latina around the August to October months but would like to develop my Italian and experience other places within this time before then.

I’m a plumber by trade in Australia and have done various handyman/construction tasks when completing renovations. What ever I have not done I learn until I know. I have aspirations of completing the construction of my own house in the future so this is something I am passionate about.

I have grown up by the ocean in Australia and am an active individual. I support a few sports and enjoy playing them as well. But I also like to unwind with card games which I have enjoyed learning on my trip as well as tabletop games I use to play with friends back home.

Hobbies I would like to learn:
-Kite surfing
-Acoustic guitar

I have also begun journaling during these travels. I noticed back home with the intensity of work and life my thoughts would blur out and I would run on autopilot with life just passing by. I have begun journaling to allow myself to re centre and record the amazing life I have the opportunity to live.
