We have a strong Lust for exploration, curiosity of the diversity of the natural world. We are keen to see remote parts of the world, and continue working on the land and picking up new skills along the way. Benny is from Devon, England and Tabi is from Sydney, Australia and have been living and working together for a little over a year now. We have lived in Australia and Canada during this time. Tabi has a bachelor degree in education and Benny has worked for an establishment known as the RNLI in England which have expanded our skill sets immensely in the workforce. we have been working as wranglers on a guest ranch together this year and are looking for our next opportunity. We are eager to immerse ourselves in different environments and cultures and have an extremely strong work ethic.

* Land & Groundskeeping: Grew up on a family smallholding, experienced in strimming, hedge cutting, lawn mowing, fencing and general outdoor labour.
* Ranch Work & Animal Handling: Experience in ranch maintenance, wrangling, general farm work and caring for horses, sheep, pigs, poultry and other animals.
* Building & Maintenance: Labouring experience with a general builder, alongside practical repairs, property upkeep and physically demanding work.
* Hospitality & Teamwork: Hospitality experience in Australia and currently working in a paid position with the RNLI, developing strong communication, teamwork and responsibility.
* Animal Care & Outdoor Living: lifelong hiker with a genuine love for animals, wildlife and the natural world. Hardworking, adaptable and keen to learn new skills.

Tabi – Skills & Experience

* Hospitality: Eight years of hospitality experience, with strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
* Horses & Ranch Work: Six years of experience as a trail guide and horse wrangler, including horse handling, care and supporting day-to-day ranch operations including some maintenance work.
* Teaching & Childcare: Primary school teaching experience, bringing patience, organisation, creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
* Practical Work & Animal Care: Experience with light maintenance, general property upkeep and caring for animals. Enjoys outdoor work, learning new skills and getting involved wherever needed.
