I have a bit of experience in fuit farming about harvesting, coordination and taking care about the plants and a bit of selling the products. But I live In Austria so it might be not the same then in a tropical envirement like here :D. I'm very interested in permaculture and natural building with mud once I made a volunteering in it and i enjoyed it a lot. Professional I'm an occupational therapist and likes also to give massages or help by reflect about daily tasks :)
