Description
I am passionate about being outside, moving my body, and collaborating with people to work on solving interesting problems. I love to work with my hands and try new things, and I'm happiest when I can help others! My interest is in community building that incorporates sustainable agriculture and elevates the voices of those who are often left out. I'm always happy to learn something new about another culture or language, and I'd love to share mine in return.
I was raised in the Sacramento valley in CA, surrounded by beautiful mountains and fresh produce, and until I left I didn't realize how lucky I was. Now I want to explore other ecologically diverse places and immerse myself in other natural wonders. Looking to work with plants, construction, sustainable projects, community events or just about anything outside.
Just completed my 200 hour yoga teacher certification, always looking to share a practice. TEFL certified.

I have years of experience teaching and tutoring for various ages (pre-school through adults) as well as over a decade of work experience in food and coffee service. TEFL certified, most recently working in a language school. I love meeting people, explaining concepts and skills that I have, and learning new things from the people around me.
Working on my 200 hour yoga teacher certification, and have practiced for over a decade.
I am a native English speaker and can speak Spanish as well, though there is always more to learn. and I'm always happy to help anyone develop their English. I also have a few years of experience working on an organic vegetable farm, and I love to be outside working with my hands as much as possible. I studied social sciences in school (economics, psychology, public policy, urban planning) and have some knowledge of project management and planning as well. I'm a quick learner and I'm always interested in picking up new skills!
