Hope you are well, here is something about me:

For volunteering - I enjoy being busy and useful, work well with others as well as alone, keen to learn new things, keen to help, good with practical daily tasks. You can rely on me to do a good job I hope. I feel at home in nature and with nature, grew up being a girl scout. I have had amazing volunteer and travel experiences via different programmes though this is my first year using this fine website :D I wrote down some of my volunteering background in the skills section. Due to work commitments, I can usually stay for 3-4 weeks tops (sorry!)

For travel buddies - love daytrips and new places & new people. I live in UK North East if you like to explore the area together.

I would like to get to know and live more of the world. Things close to my heart:

Interest in health, particularly nutrition. For years I experimented with various ways of eating (fasting, vegan, vegetation, keto, low carb, etc.) and along the way learned a fair amount of recipes which I am happy to share. Another thing that takes up a large space in my life is meditation and all that comes with that world. I sing a lot when alone.
