Hey there!

I'm Vanessa, 25 years old and currently in the process of chasing my dreams (and having quite the ride doing it!). I started working part-time jobs when I was 15 — cafés, festivals, events... you name it. Later I worked in accounting, and eventually found my passion in marketing and production. I truly loved my job, and I’ve always been a responsible, reliable, and punctual person (with a pretty solid sense of humor too, if I may say so). I’m endlessly curious and always eager to learn something new.

I absolutely adore animals. I was raised by my grandparents who had exotic birds, and I’ve taken care of rabbits and goats. Working with animals or in a garden is something I genuinely enjoy — getting my hands dirty never scared me. I also love kids — I have a younger brother who is 11 years younger than me, and I used to babysit and take care of him a lot.

And here's something really personal: I’ve dreamed of being around horses since I was a little girl. I’ve always seen them as magical animals, and learning to ride has been on my bucket list forever. This autumn, I’d love to finally make that dream come true.

I’ve been traveling since I was 17 whenever I got the chance. In September 2024, I quit my job to finally follow a long-time dream: I spent a month in Morocco, worked a winter season in the Austrian Alps, and then backpacked across Southeast Asia for a few months. Right now I’m spending summer at home with my family, but from September on, I’d love to start a new chapter.

I’m communicative, calm in stressful situations, and I always try to bring a good vibe wherever I go. I’m not afraid of physical work, love being in nature, and am genuinely excited to help, learn, and connect with new people.

What else ...

I used to perform stand up comedy and I also write and perform slam poetry. Throughout all my travels I’ve really missed my dog who’s been with me for six years and is adopted from a shelter. I’m grateful I got to spend the whole summer with her and even had her with me during the winter season in the Austrian Alps. She’s now with amazing people while I’m on the road and I’m incredibly thankful for that.

I love running I’ve even completed a half marathon and I’ve been training in Muay Thai for years. What truly brings me joy is seeing people help and inspire each other. I’m excited to see what new places and experiences lie ahead on this journey.
