Hello, my name is Uwe Cordes.
I am a student from Gremany and I am traveling through Nova Scotia at the moment.
My goal is it to become an English teacher in Germany and to improve my language skills during my stay in Canada. I hope to meet all kinds of interesting people and see the beautiful landscape of Canada. I like reading, mainly fantasy novels and playing card and strategy games, and I run my own D&D group.

I am studying in the field of education so I am familiar with pedagogy and working with kids. Before I started studying I would often work in my fathers's carpenter firm, so I am used to demanding work and handling different kind of tools. During my studies I always worked to support myself, some of these jobs include being a line cook, a cashier, a janitor at a gas station. I am open to learn and work according to the needs of my hosts. And if interested I can always share the german language with interested people.
