Hey, it's Tinka from Germany.

I'm very close to nature, (physically) resilient, motivated, creative and open minded. The people around me say that I'm reliable, strong, authentic and sympathetic.

Being active and spending time outside as well as travelling, taking pictures, cooking, planning, organising, helping and getting to know new people & cultures are things that I love.

I have a lot of experiences in working as a barista and waitress in restaurants.
Furthermore I'm used to farmwork, gardening, growing vegetables, (hard) physical work, digging, caring for plants and nature, and similar tasks.
I also worked with animals of any size: horses, lamas, camels, donkeys, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, penguins, birds, and others.
Here and there I cooked for families or bigger groups (ca. 12-15 people) and looked for children, played with them, dressed, bathed or brought them to sleep.

I'm working independently and structured. I have a good perception of things that have to be done. Working in a team and working with people is familiar, solving problems and making compromises are not difficult to me. I'm not afraid of physical work, I even prefer it.

Tinka is an extraordinary girl, very organized and highly competent! She was a great help to have with us, prepared very healthy and tasty meals, helped a lot with tasks involving my daughter... always available to assist with everything and very respectful of our space as well... thank you very much! I'm grateful that I got the chance to stay with Joao and his little girl, both of them are really warm-hearted and open-minded.

Tinka has spent a week with us. She was really keen to get every job done. She seemed to enjoy the physical more challenging jobs the most. What a magical and lovely place, I absolutely enjoyed staying with Sabine and Dries at their property! Both of them made me feel home, we could talk for hours. Tinka stayed with us for around 3 weeks. She had to take care of our animals including lamas and camels. Tinka had a very open mind and even if she had no experience, she started all task with self-confidence.
