Hey! I’m Théophile, a French adventurer with a taste for immersive travel and real human connections.

This account started as a duo, but life had other plans and now I’m heading to Australia solo. Honestly? I’m more excited than ever.

One of my biggest motivations for this trip is to improve my English by actually living it, not just studying it. The best way to learn a language is to be thrown into it and that’s exactly what I’m looking for.

I’m also coming with some hands-on experience in gardening and renovation. I won’t pretend I’m a pro. I’m someone who genuinely wants to learn, get better, and put in the effort to do things right. If you’re not looking for a specialist but someone who shows up with good energy, good will, and a real desire to grow, that’s me.

I love animals, especially dogs. You’ll spot Snoop on my photos, he’s my girlfriend’s dog who I’ve basically co-parented for a while now. So if you have furry ones at home, we’ll definitely get along.

Outside of work, I’m a big cinema and art lover. I also paint in my spare time, nothing gallery-worthy yet, but it keeps the mind creative and the hands busy.

I’m reliable, easy-going, and I take pride in doing things well even when I’m still learning. I want to be genuinely useful to the people who host me and leave knowing I gave my best.

I’m a versatile and motivated person who’s done various types of work, from customer-facing roles to more hands-on jobs. I’ll be honest, manual tasks aren’t my strongest suit yet, but that’s exactly why I’m here. Show me once and I’ll get it done. I take direction well, I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, and I genuinely enjoy learning new things the right way. My goal isn’t to come as a professional, it’s to come as someone who puts in real effort, learns along the way, and leaves the place better than I found it.

Big football fan, and sports in general are a big part of my life. When I’m not outside I’m usually watching a film or diving into something creative. I paint in my spare time and I’m genuinely passionate about cinema and art. I’m easy to live with, I like to laugh, and I’ll probably end up spending half my free time with your dog if you have one.
