Hi, I'm Tessa. Last year I went on my first solo trip to Norway through workaway and had a great time! So this year I'm dragging two of my friends with me to experience the freedom and joy of this type of travelling. Thanks to the gap year I took, I had a lot of freedom to travel and explore. A few months ago I started studying Computer Science at the University of Utrecht. While I greatly enjoy my studies, it leaves little time for longer vacations. So I'm grabbing the first chance I get to travel again!

I stayed with Julie and Jon and their two boys for 2 weeks. Together with Julie we cleared out and cleaned one of their cabins for future use. I got to drive around on their 6-wheeler to pick up and drop stones for a few walls underneath the foundation of the houses. Staying with Bine and Dag was my first experience with Workaways and it was absolutely wonderful! They're incredible and super kind people.
