Description
I am a 59 year old American wife and mother looking for an opportunity to travel in Europe. I have lived overseas (mostly Africa but also Asia and Europe) for 26 years, but currently live in Wyoming, USA. I have taught my children at home, I raise vegetables as much as possible in this cold climate, and in the last year I got some chickens. I do a lot of cooking from scratch. I have had many animals over the years, including cats, dogs, chickens, duikers ( mini deer), horses, donkeys, rabbits and monkeys. I am used to living simply, working steadily, and am a tidy, responsible person. I have worked in the past in office jobs in politics and micro-enterprise development, as a maid, I have run a small guest house, and I have done lots of teaching of various subjects. I recently began substitute teaching at all levels in our local schools. I love meeting new people and learning about new cultures, I am a published author, play some guitar, and enjoy hiking, cross country skiing, riding horses, reading, camping in the wilderness and kayaking. I am not vegetarian/vegan, but I eat that way mostly.
