About me)

Hi, I’m Tais, 23 years old. I’m originally from Russia and currently living in Tbilisi, Georgia.

I’m a creative and hands-on person who loves nature, meaningful work, and learning through real experiences. Right now I’m independently studying interior and product design, and planning to continue my education in sustainable industrial design. I’m especially interested in thoughtful design that can reduce overconsumption and create a healthier relationship between people and their environment.

I grew up close to the sea and spent a big part of my life outdoors: camping, long hiking, road trips, and simple living in nature. Really enjoy physically active work and challenging environments.

I also have more than 10 years of horse riding experience, used to compete in show jumping, and later worked with horses as a horse trainer and guided multi-day horseback trips with camping in nature.

Over the last few years I realized that what matters most to me is feeling connected — to people, nature, and something meaningful. I’m interested in any sustainability, ecological projects, building or restoration, gardening, work with animals and a protection of the marine life.

Here I'm not only for traveling, but also about finding people who share similar values and ways of seeing life.
I hope to find projects where my skills could be useful, meet people around the world, learn, share experiences and be useful both locally and globally.

I really want to improve my English (now upper intermediate), because I hope to study abroad in the near future, so it's especially important for me to develop my language skills. I haven't had any teaching experience before, but I'm open to new.

What else ...

Actually, besides all my outdoor passions like quad bikes, boats , horses, and things like that, i also have a talent for solving puzzles :) And Georgian grandfathers taught me how to plat backammon (nardy)!

I'm also trying to stay disciplined and practice yoga or pilates reulary. Really love vintage culture — everything that older than 30 years) cars, music, clothes and stories.
