I’m a 48-year-old rugby enthusiast, coach, and team motivator who truly enjoys connecting with people and creating positive environments. Rugby has taught me values that I try to bring into everyday life: commitment, respect, teamwork, resilience, and enjoying the journey together.

What motivates me most is learning through human experiences. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, sharing conversations, helping where I can, and being part of meaningful projects. I’m a responsible and reliable person, but also sociable, open-minded, and easy to get along with. I especially enjoy environments where collaboration, good energy, and mutual respect are important.

I feel happiest when I’m active, contributing to a team, spending time outdoors, sharing meals and stories, or supporting others through coaching and motivation. I also love sports, healthy lifestyles, nature, and experiences that allow personal growth.

One of my current goals is to improve my basic English in a natural and long-term way while discovering new places and ways of life. For me, Workaway is not only about travel — it’s about cultural exchange, authentic connections, and continuing to grow as a person through new experiences.

Through my background in sports and coaching, I have developed a strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt easily to different environments and routines. I am proactive, reliable, and always willing to learn new skills when needed.

Rugby has been a very important part of my life, not only as a sport but also as a way to connect with people and build strong values such as teamwork, respect, discipline, and friendship. I enjoy both coaching and motivating others, and I love the sense of community that rugby creates everywhere in the world.

I am also very interested in discovering Irish culture, traditions, and everyday life. Ireland has always attracted me because of its people, landscapes, history, and strong rugby culture. I would love to improve my English while sharing experiences with locals, learning from them, and contributing positively to their environment.

In my free time, I enjoy sports, nature, good conversations, and meeting people from different backgrounds. I believe cultural exchange is one of the best ways to grow personally and open your mind.
