Description
Eric and I are on a quest to learn and understand growing food while restoring the planet and our gut through good food without pesticides and more nutrition density. Whilst also understanding and accepting more of ourselves, body and mind.
We value openness, responsibility and authenticity.
We are already reading a lot about but like to learn more about permaculture gardening, food forests, foraging, fermenting, repairing, building, cooking, other cultures and customs, language and expressions and probably much more.
Books like:
Teaming with Microbes, The Humanure Handbook, from Dirt to Soil, Holzer's Permacultuur, Breathwork Manual, Come Together, Doom and Bloom and much more.
----- Robin:
I thrive when working in a team. A solid group cohesion is important to me. I can do physical work but with some variety. I enjoy chatting and exploring feelings and emotions. When nobody is listening I play guitar and sing softly, but mostly for my own unless someone sings loudly with! When we go on walks I climb in trees, I drink only caffeine free tea's because it makes me jittery. I like to make video's from our vacations for memories and sometimes pictures with the DSLR. Together with Eric I am practicing more breath work, gratefulness and authentic relating (in an online course).
----- Eric:
I enjoy manual work, calisthenics and hiking. When im free you can find me rummaging in book stores looking for old books from around the world. Or in the spice cabinet looking for new combinations to try out and cook for (and with) the group. I can talk way too long about history and science but i welcome the chance of a conversation on almost everything. And at the end of the day I like to curl up with a book and a big cup of herbal tea (now i've been trying to make my own spice blend for chai).

Feedback
Unfortunately, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this place, as I came in at a very stressful time for my host. There was a switch of the managers and the hosts were on vacation.
