Description
We are adventurer and nature people at heart 🤍
Being outdoors, surrounded by nature and animals is what we love most.
Privileged by learning about many wonderful places, people an different cultures during our common and individual travels and working abroad experiences, we want to give back and support where ever we can with our 4 helping hands :)
Flexibility in ever changing environments, problem solving/ solution finding and creative freedom are highly valued and challenge us in an appreciated way. We love to keep our hands busy with physical work, as well as helping others on a mindfulness and educational level.
She is a certified trainer/educator and has built education departments, including process improvement, management structuring, creating people development programs, project management, employee and leadership coaching for companies before making the life-changing decision to only work with NPOs/NGOs or local community development charity projects. She loves to be surrounded by animals and taking care of them. As a kid, she spent every free minute on the nearby farm, helping with horses, cows, and even if she's not a dog mum anymore she finds herself strongly connected to all the fury-friends. (Well, except of spiders 😜).
He has a master of political science and international law, is certified industrial climber and specialized in photovoltaik installations. However he finds himself passionate with carpentry and wood construction work since many, many years.
Alongside our "normal jobs", we have built and organized stages for music and art festivals in various natural landscapes (forests, desert, island, mountains..), which has given both of us a wide range of manual skills (wood work etc.).
We see ourself in the responsibility to make our contribution for people, animals and the planet.
Their greater goal is to set up their own NPO/NGO one day to give back, what they have been privileged of.

More details about your skills
Nathalie:
After almost 20 years in the travel industry, she has gained a lot of experience in sales, team leading and process improvement. She is a certified adult educator/teacher and has structured, set up and lead education departements including 1-2-1 leadership coaching and people development for international regions.
As a climber, she loves to work with her hands and has decent and hands-on craft skills. Generally, she loves being outdoors and exploring nature during hikes, cycling, biking, on a horse back... However, but being in nature :)
During one year she worked on construction and general renovation work and since the last 3 years she was building festival stages in different nature sceneries. She is certainly not a certified construction worker, but has a quick grasp of things, loves to work with wood and actually all kind of material and is not at all afraid to get her hands dirty. In general, she likes to build and design things that require physical abilities.
She did a lot of volunteering especially in permaculture projects and gained some experience in bio-construction.
Her strengths are in solution finding and process simplification, be it in the structural, organizational or technical area.
Whenever needed, she loves supporting projects and organizations with setting up managing tools.
As an animal lover and former dog - cat - fish - rat - turtle - mum, she loves being surpunded and working with all kind of animals (maybe except insects, haha). More than two thirds of her life she has been helping out on farms and has a lot of experience especially with horses, cats and dogs. She particularly values helping rescues who have already had to go through so much abuse.
Eventhough she loves the taste of meat, she chooses to be vegetarian on behalf of other living creatures.
Micha:
After completing his master’s degree in international politics and international law, and after working for fair-trade NGOs and in cultural lobbying, he decided to fully pursue his other professions: carpentry and rope access (industrial climbing).
He is self-employed in photovoltaics (solar power), carpentry (mostly large-scale timber construction and creative wood work) and industrial climbing. Over his 10 years as a craftsman, he has built a broad and diverse skill set, which includes basic welding, bio-construction, permaculture and most recently, work with animals such as wild horses.
If something needs to be built, repaired, or created from any kind of material, he will always try to make the best of it.
As a sport climber, he loves spending time outdoors. Hiking, swimming, surfing, and exploring nature are among his greatest pleasures.
Giving back some of the privileges he was born with as a European to non-profit organizations and cultural events is deeply important to him. He therefore shares his skills with non-profits and volunteers at international cultural festivals.
He loves cooking and discovering new flavors and local cuisines. While he loves the taste of meat, he chooses not to eat it, and is therefore on a quest to create the best vegetarian alternatives possible.
