Description

I am on an 8 month journey starting from Belgrade Serbia. The goal is to reach the Pacific Ocean starting from Europe without using a single plane and meeting great people on the way.

I am a structural engineer and through the last four years I have been working both on construction sites and in the engineering office. Now I can finally fulfill my dream of full time traveling :)

Being a very outgoing and social person I have always enjoyed company of other people. Was it a family gathering or a party with friends I was determined to talk to as many people as I could and listen to their stories. Seeing a world through someone else’s eyes is, in my opinion, the most interesting thing of all. It enables me to learn new things, even in areas that I thought I understood well.

I work part time as a skiing instructor for 7 years now. I worked with people of all ages and characters. I have learned how to approach every person individually and help them accordingly.

I am a licensed structural engineer with experience in working on construction sites (site supervision) as well as in the design offices (designing structures). Although my practical experience is limited to small home projects I feel quite confident in the field. mostly worked with concrete, masonry and steel structures.

I have used to spent a lot of time in my family’s old wooden house in the countryside. From a young age I attended to every activity surrounding it (weeding, planting, fixing what needed to be fixed).
