Description
Hello :)
My name's Phöebe. I'm a multidisciplinary creative, psychologist, yoga teacher and cook from Bristol, UK.
I’m currently working on a creative project that weaves together psychology, storytelling, and mythology—so I'm looking for a space where I can get away from the city and slip into the tranquillity of nature whilst helping in whatever capacity is needed!
I love learning about the world, arts and culture, whether that's through music, conversation, reading or writing. I also love to dance, run/hike in nature, and cook. Cooking is a great passion of mine—I have chronic fatigue so have to be careful with my diet, but am well-versed in catering to all dietary needs because of it and love learning new recipes.
I grew up in a lively household full of pets and have also worked professionally as a dog walker, so I’m very comfortable around animals and working on the land! I'm also a very physically active person - I work a lot better on physically activities than behind a screen.Interests

I'm extremely interested in learning French—France has always been a country and culture that deeply inspires me. I feel the same about Italy and the Italian language. Both languages and cultures speak to my love of art, history, and expressive living, and I’d love the opportunity to learn from native speakers and, in return, help others with English..Skills and knowledge I'd like to share or learn

More details about your skills
Skills include:
- Trauma-informed yoga teacher: I teach an intuitive style of yoga, bringing it back to the roots and philosophy, with the real focus being on the breath and the senses.
- Cook: I'm passionate about creating well-balanced, locally sourced recipes that cater for all and every dietary needs. Cooking is a real love language for me, and because of my health can also be a source of anxiety, so I would value any work away where I'm able to cook for you!
- Artist: I can paint, craft, draw, write, dance and am re-finding my voice after being trained in classical singing and then losing it after some time. Whatever you need from me artistically I will give to you with the greatest of care, patience and presence and to the very best of my abilities.
- Passionate lover of nature: I worked on a berry farm in Australia and love any physical, outdoor work!
- I've worked across the globe with children of all ages as a nanny, teacher and support worker - as well as working in NGOs supporting vulnerable adults with mental health issues, disabilities and people in trauma.Age

Walking into Jayne’s gorgeous house was like stepping into a dream — the kind of home I’ve always imagined for myself. An old hotel/farmhouse in the heart of a quaint French village, with walls lined with books on… read more
