Me alegro que estés aquí, ¡me gustaría ayudarte!

He realizado varios voluntariados por el mundo (Hawái, San Francisco, Barcelona, ​​Granada, India, Panamá, Costa Rica, Perú y otros lugares de Europa) y me gustaría seguir intercambiando necesidades.
En éstos intercambios he ofrecido mi ayuda en recepción, en tareas de limpieza, guía de tours. En otros he ayudado en el jardín, preparación y cuidado de huerto.

También he participado como voluntaria en varias protectoras de animales; en ANAA (Madrid), en Voluntarios Itinerantes (Barcelona),
San Coma (Ibiza) y Acción Francisco Formentera.

Estudié farmacia y he trabajado casi 20 años en éste sector, posteriormente estudié medicina natural y dietética.
Por lo que puedo compartir todo éste conocimiento.
Además, hice hice el CDP de permacultura y también un curso cómo educadora ambiental.

Me encanta viajar y descubrir el mundo: nuevas culturas, lugares ancestrales, diferentes sabores, nueva música y costumbres. Por eso, sigo moviéndome y viajando.

En mi día a día me gusta leer, practicar yoga y meditación, cocinar; que es un ritual conmigo mismo, una muestra de amor propio y hacia los demás.
Y en vacaciones suelo ir a la montaña y a la naturaleza para hacer senderismo.

Me considero una persona tranquila, resolutiva y comunicativa. Aprendo rápido.
Amo la música y compartirla con más almas. Toco un poco la guitarra y otros instrumentos.
Amo a los animales (todos ellos).
Disfruto de la naturaleza salvaje y me sumerjo en la quietud de los árboles y plantas.

And on vacation I usually go to the mountains and nature to go hiking.

I consider myself a calm, decisive and communicative person. I learn fast.
I love music and sharing it with more souls. I play a little guitar and other instruments.
I love animals (all of them).
I enjoy the wild nature and immerse myself in the stillness of the trees and plants.

Actualmente estoy muy interesada en compartir el conocimiento sobre medicina natural, especialmente en terapias manuales. Puedo dar masaje y cuidado energético. Liberación de emociones acumuladas en el cuerpo físico. También soy especialista en cuidado de la salud a través de alimentación vegetariana.

El cuidado de los animales también es una prioridad para mí. Por lo que también puedo colaborar cómo cuidadora, o ayudante en una protectora de animales, (salvajes o no), santuarios... etc

Al mismo tiempo, gracias a mi experiencia en intercambios, también ofrezco trabajo en hostels o alojamientos, ya sea recibiendo huéspedes cómo haciendo tours, incluso limpieza y mantenimiento del lugar.

Soy una persona empática y sensible, que se adapta fácilmente a nuevas circunstancias y personas. Me gusta tanto trabajar en grupo como individualmente.
