Hi there! My name is Orianne, I’m 24 years old and I come from a small town in the countryside near Paris, France.
I’m a curious, funny and responsible person who loves discovering new things, meeting people and learning through experience.

I’m traveling solo across Southeast Asia for a few months including Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. A friend told me about Workaway, and I immediately loved the idea: meeting locals, learning new skills and helping with meaningful projects that make a difference.

I’ve always enjoyed helping and connecting with others. I come from a big family and have been taking care of children for many years. I also gave private lessons to primary and middle school students, including kids who didn’t speak French at all. I even did an internship as a receptionist in a hotel in Paris, where I learned to be organized, welcoming and adaptable in multicultural environments.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marketing and Brand Strategy, and I have worked as a Product Marketing Manager in a multinational company. I’m currently on a career break to travel, discover new cultures and contribute to local community projects. Through that, I have developed strong communication, creativity and project management skills, which I would love to put to good use during my Workaway experiences.

I speak French (native), English (B2 – fluent) and Spanish (B1 – intermediate), and I’m always happy to learn new languages!

In my free time, I enjoy sports (gym, running, volleyball), music, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family. I also love discovering local cuisines, traditions and cultures, and learning new things wherever I go.

I’m easy-going, adaptable, and love sharing stories and laughter. My core values are respect, mutual help, good energy and open-mindedness.

I’m open to different types of projects such as schools, associations, marketing or creative activities, and I usually stay up to three weeks in each place to truly get involved while continuing my journey.

Through both my professional background and personal experiences, I have developed a variety of skills that I would be happy to share and use to support hosts and local projects.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marketing and Brand Strategy, and I have worked as a Product Marketing Manager in a multinational company.
