Hello!
I am a physician-scientist currently based in Germany, seeking meaningful opportunities to contribute, learn, and connect across cultures.
I have a strong interest in hands-on work and enjoy being active outdoors. I am particularly drawn to farming, gardening, animal care, and general household tasks. I value practical learning experiences and appreciate the balance between intellectual work and physical activity.
At the moment, I am available full-time and can fully dedicate myself to volunteering and supporting daily operations. I am reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills while also sharing my own knowledge and experience.
Having previously lived abroad, including time in Japan, I am comfortable adapting to new environments and cultures. I am open to opportunities worldwide and excited to explore different ways of living and working.

We bring a diverse set of skills and experience that we’re eager to share with hosts. We have already worked on farms and are familiar with farm tasks and animal care. We truly love animals and nature, which motivates us to contribute with enthusiasm and care.
As a medical doctor, I have strong attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. My husband, Heda, is a researcher, so we both value careful work and problem-solving.
We also have good knowledge in biology, medicine, and teaching children. In addition, we enjoy cooking, teaching German, painting, and playing the violin, which can add to the cultural exchange experience.
Our children are enthusiastic and responsible helpers who enjoy outdoor work and animals. We are adaptable, good communicators, and respectful of different cultures and lifestyles. We are committed to contributing positively to any project and learning new skills along the way.
