  • Description

    Hello!
My name is Neva, I’m 24 years old.
I discovered permaculture about five years ago when I did a PDC in the Caribbean, and since then I’ve been continuously improving my practical skills in community gardens and trying to show as many people as possible how amazing it is.
Besides that, I do a lot of art — mostly paintings on canvas and large-scale murals — which now allow me to live self-sufficiently and sustain my freelance life.
In general, I’d describe myself as a crafter and DIY enthusiast who wants to make the world a more colorful place.
Nature is my home, and one of my biggest dreams — like many others — is to create a self-sustaining eco-village or farm near a forest, where friends and family can live together in harmony.
Yes, I’m a dreamer, but also a motivated visionary who loves to learn new skills, meet new people, and can never sit still.
I recently finished my Bachelor’s degree in Architecture in Frankfurt, Germany, where I became interested in building with straw and clay.
More than the design part, I enjoy getting my hands dirty and working on construction sites.
Earlier this year, I completed a small STEP training (Straw Bale Building Training for European Professionals) with a company in Austria to dive deeper into this topic — and it made me even more certain: yes, this is exactly the direction I want to go.
I might not be the most experienced yet, but I’m eager to learn and grow.
Last but not least, I’m a lifelong vegetarian and fluent in German, Italian, and English, with some knowledge of French and a bit of Spanish.
I wouldn’t call myself a yogi, but I’ve mastered my handstand and love exploring what my body is capable of — both in strength and flexibility.
Right now, I’m in a stage of life where I’m trying to “find myself,” discover the world, and step outside my comfort zone in Germany to broaden my horizons.
