I grew up in a little village in Belgium, moved to the University of Leeds in the north of England. My whole life I have absolutely adored the outdoors and adventure. And after 23 years of education and boring weekend jobs, I’m ready to explore. I love big adventures, but also appreciate the little pleasure in life. I’m sporty and outgoing, but also hardworking and determined. I’m looking forward to seeing the world and meeting amazing people!

My educational achievements consist of 13 GCSE’s, a 37 at IB and I am currently finishing my undergraduate in Criminal Justice & Criminology at the University of Leeds.
I fluently speak both English and Dutch alongside moderate levels of French and German.
Alongside my degree I have had a full time job as a Barista, as well as previous experience as a waiter and cashier at a supermarket. Which has enabled my skills in customers service.
Between my adventures I’ve also done some stints working construction. So more than happy to get my hands dirty and do some physical hard work whenever it’s needed!
Throughout my schooling and university career I have always worked with younger kids, including coaching an under 11s football team, hosting swimming lessons, working at after school club and teaching Dutch to 10-12 year olds.
I absolutely adore sport and the outdoors. I played football for 18+ years, having captained the school team and set up a local team here in Leeds. Once at university, I joined the volleyball team where I captained the 2nd team to a promotion! I have also attainted my Bronze, Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh awards.
Overall, I would describe my skills at hardworking, team player, determined, taking initiative, great at communication, outgoing and friendly.
