New Zealand - from Nov 2025 until Jun 2026 View allDescription
Mitch is a plant ecologist by training, who loves hiking, gardening, and hunting for wildflowers. Talia studied cultural heritage management and basket weaving, and loves cooking, cheese making, mushroom growing, among many other projects. We are both always excited to learn new things, meet and interact with people, and get our hands dirty. We get fullfillment from a good day of hard work, and try to live simply. We are excited to meet new people and learn more about sustainable living and food production!

We have been working on gaining "homesteading" skills, so we have experience making goat cheese, basic beekeeping, basket weaving, gardening, growing mushrooms, and building with wood and earth. We are passionate about anything to do in the kitchen, especially farm to table vegetarian cooking.
