Hi! We’re Maxim (20y) and Britt (22y) from Antwerp, Belgium.
We study philosophy together at the university of Antwerp and are looking for an escape of the city life. We’re both very interested in alternative ways of living, especially those with the connection to nature and respect to the earth.
Britt has always had a horse, and has thus grown up with a love for the outdoors and animals. Maxim has also grown up with a love for animals and has had a special interest for foraging and beekeeping.
We’re looking for a place to reconnect with nature and ourselves, because of our studies we’ve been mostly in library’s , city’s and at our desk, this way of living has been interesting in many ways but we feel like it’s time for something different.
We would both love to help in the garden, planting, foraging, cooking, animal care etc. Technical work like wood work, DIY building isn’t our strongest suit but we’re always happy to learn new things!
We’re mostly looking for new connections with open minded people and new experiences. We are both vegetarians but also interested in exploring veganism and have a strong sense of social responsibility; as such, we care deeply about social issues, such as social and political inequality, which we actively campaign against.
